Our Return Policies
We will gladly accept any undamaged product in its original packaging for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any product, you will need to call for an RMSA#.
(Returned Merchandise Shipping Authorization #)
You must pay for the insurance and shipping costs of your
return. If the items are for exchange, we'll refund your
shipping cost with valid proof of your receipt. We'll gladly
exchange your purchases for other items of equal value or
honor your option to receive a Creative Classics Gift
Certificate for the items once we've received your authorized
return.
Please note that we charge a 25% restocking fee for all orders
cancelled after order processing has begun.
In
the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged in shipping we
will be happy to accept the damaged item, with all broken
parts enclosed within 30 days of purchase date once you have
contacted us for an RMSA# with the same terms specified in

costs our company a little more to reship an inspected package
to you but to us, your satisfaction is worth every penny

billed separately from your actual merchandise order total to
ensure proper shipping charges.
Therefore, you will see two charges on your charge card
for each credit card order. One charge will be for the
estimated freight (EST) and one for the difference between the
estimated freight and the true freight cost when the
