What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A
That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

Why does it take 3-6 weeks for Fine Jewelry items?

Our Fine Jewelry items are made of the finest precious metals and gems. To meet our quality standards we order direct from the manufacturer and inspect the product before it is deemed satisfactory for sale. The delivery process may take longer but we want you to be happy with your purchases from us.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address? What if I need to send separate orders to different addresses?

We offer drop shipping options to any address in the USA! We understand how hectic holiday shopping can be. Simply enter the address you would like the order shipped to in the delivery field for each order! We'll get it there right away! At your request, we can even notify you with all the details!

What is the CCC Membership about?

Creative Classics Club was created to show appreciation to our most dedicated customers. Our club members receive specials, giveaways, promotions, discounts and product previews before the general public. In addition, they receive company news and specials in the Members Only newsletter "The Inside Scoop" Members also receive flexible Club Payment Options and a ClubCash account for even faster order response times. CCC Membership is currently less than $3.00 a month with dues of $30 a year.
A. A $2.50 service charge is applied for
orders under $25.00. This charge is NOT for shipping and handling,
but helps defray the cost of packing and shipping small orders. You
must still add shipping costs to your order.
All shipping companies,
including UPS, favor larger orders. In other words, a small order
costs relatively more to ship than a big order. Our "Flat Freight"
rates mirror actual rates; therefore, orders under $25.00 utilizing
UPS will be charged a flat $6.75 for shipping, reflecting the
average actual shipping costs for orders under $25.00.
REMEMBER: The $2.50 service
charge on orders under $25.00 does not
cover shipping. Shipping costs
must be added.
GOOD IDEA: Since smaller orders
also incur a $2.50 service charge, try to consolidate orders to an
amount over $25.00 whenever possible. On the other hand, when your
order totals $500 or more, CCC will absorb the lion's share of your
freight costs, so you save big! See
